These terms and conditions govern the use of this website. Ordering and item or using our website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full. We reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice, you are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions to obtain notice of such changes. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Orders
Once an order has been received, mnini will send you an email confirming your order. Please make certain that all information you provide is accurate. If there is a problem with your order we will be in contact with you via telephone or email.

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, all online transactions are sent through our secure server. If you wish to pay by cheque please email mnini@mnini.co.uk for more details.

Delivery
Deliveries to the UK will be received within 3-4 working days and sometimes earlier if our special mnini glitter works correctly!

Standard Deliveries within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. But if you ever require any of our products ‘Now! Now! Now!’ because it is a last minute gift or you just can’t live without the item once you have clicked ‘buy’, Next Day delivery is available within the UK at an extra cost, as long as you place your order before 1PM. We will send Next Day Delivery items via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

As much as we want you all to receive your goodies as quickly as possible, deliveries to Europe and the rest of the World will be made within 7-14 working days.

You will need to be able to sign for both Standard and Next Day deliveries Sorry to say but mnini cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost once dispatched, however we will do our best to ensure all products are wrapped up tight (and sealed with lots of kisses) so that your delivery arrives in mint condition. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruption to delivery caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If there is a planned postal strike that we are made aware of we will try to use another service to ensure you obtain your order as soon as possible.

• Next Day Delivery UK (placed by 1pm) - £5.95
• Deliveries within Europe - £8
• Deliveries to USA and Worldwide - £12

Returns and Cancellations
Mnini’s unique and individually crafted products make wonderful gifts that are forever cherished. However in the unlikely and extremely sad event that you need to return an item please contact us by e-mail: mnini@mnini.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of the item and we will advise you on the best way to return the product.

We can only accept returned items in the same condition as they were sent and clothing items must still have their tags attached. Please please please send items via recorded delivery or obtain a proof of posting from your Post Office because we cannot issue refunds on items that are lost in transit!

We always do our very best to accurately describe items, however sometimes due to different monitor settings certain colours may look different in person. So unfortunately mnini will only refund the postage cost of the return, if the item does not appear to be correctly described. If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched please send us a HASTY email to mnini@mnini.co.uk so we can halt our mnini elves in time. Please include your order number and that you wish to cancel and we will be able to refund you in full. However if the order has already been dispatched the item will have to be returned as outlined in our returns and cancellations section.

Refund policy
Mnini’s unique and individually crafted products make wonderful gifts that are forever cherished. However in the unlikely event that a purchase needs to be returned, please produce your receipt and we will see to it that your query is dealt with to your satisfaction. This will usually mean a credit note being issued.

Pricing, Information and Availability
We will always do are very best to try and guarantee that the pricing of each product is correct. However if an error in pricing is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange any extra sum due or refund any over-payment.

Privacy Policy
Mnini will never use any of the information provided to us for uses outside of the service provided on this website and all data is only held for as long necessary. Mnini will never knowingly pass on cutomer information to third parties and all information given to mnini will be treated with the upmost confidentiality. Once you have purchased from mnini we may occasionally update you with emails about the goings on at mnini but if you wish to unsubscribe from the service please email: mnini@mnini.co.uk From time to time we may use a ‘cookie’ to track the interests of visitors to the website to ensure you will get the best out of your visit in future. You can usually change your settings in your browser if you would prefer not to share this information. However ‘cookies’ do not contain or pass on any financial or confidential data.
